Our weekend at Pensiunea Silva Dobra was a mix of relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains. the cozy mountain cottage-style building welcomed us with its rustic charm and serene surroundings. the spacious room, adorned with wooden accents, provided a comfortable retreat for our group of five, offering a glimpse of traditional Romanian architecture. the well-equipped kitchen and dining room featuring an espresso machine were convenient amenities that enhanced our overall experience. the outdoor terrace and barbecue area, along with the tempting hot tub offering a mountain view, were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring the picturesque Dobra valley. Despite the minor setbacks of sagging mattresses and unreliable internet, the peaceful ambiance and biker-friendly facilities of the lodge left a lasting impression on us. the proximity to Transalpina's scenic route and the soothing sound of the nearby river further enriched our connection with nature, making our stay truly rejuvenating.
